An inscription "2004" indicating the mint year is below the image of the State Emblem. 

        The  reverse:  In the centre there is an image of Anton Rubinstein framed with a laurel wreath to the right side of the image and a circling inscription ".. " (A.G. Rubinstein) in Cyrillic above the image. To the left of the image there are the first notes of a musical composition  "" (Barcarole). A circular inscription “1829 – 1894” (indicating life time of A. Rubinstein) is at the bottom of the coin.
